PRIVATE WELLNESS COACHING
& PERSONAL TRAINING
*Note - I have some personal training slots available mid-day and a wait list for evening and early morning hours. Wellness coaching sessions are available in person or via Skype.
Wellness coaching focuses on ten areas of behavioral health that impact your well-being and productivity to identify which areas are thriving and which are less-than-fantastic in your life. We work together to identify specific goals, obstacles, and solutions based on what matters to you and what comes naturally. The program is not prescriptive but, instead, offers an actionable method for implementing self-directed, pleasurable approaches for lasting change in every aspect of your life that you wish to address: personal, professional, or physical.
Please note that this is not therapy. It's a chance to discover how you respond to stress and how to utilize your daily routine and your body to alleviate it—so you can get on with working, creating, and connecting with greater pleasure and purpose. Once you understand the tools, you can apply them broadly over time, whenever new challenges arise.
INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS COACHING FEES
$85 per hour in my home office or via video chat
$125 per hour at your location (within 20 miles of 37206)
Personal training is available at my gym in East Nashville, one-on-one, 100% focused on you and what is going to help you get stronger. All bodies of all sizes and all abilities are welcome here. Sessions include:
Fitness and goal assessment
Body measurements (if you want them)
Personalized workouts including weight training, cardio, and yoga/pilates
Safety and focus on proper form
Meditation and self-relaxation exercises upon request
Techniques to incorporate into your daily life that will nurture sustainable wellbeing on your own time
PERSONAL TRAINING FEES
$75/ 55-minute session (if purchasing a package of five)
$85/ 55-minute session for single sessions
$45/ 25-minute sessions (if purchasing a package of five)
$55/ 25-minute session for single sessions
5-minute, gentle workout videos can be found here on my YouTube channel. These are totally DIY, just me and my cell phone, but they are great for beginners who want to maintain strength and flexibility at home. All you need is a mat, a floor, and five minutes. They can be repeated multiple times or mixed with other videos for greater benefit. (Video #10 is 10 minutes of stretching.)
