How is this different?
Most "wellness" plans require you to restrict your time, diet, body and routines, but limiting access to sources of relief when you're stressed makes most people feel suffocated, frustrated, rebellious, and very likely to turn back to old, unhealthy habits they're trying to quit.
When, in fact, any change worth making should make you feel peaceful, free, energetic, clear-headed, and at ease.
For the past 20 years, I have been helping people cut loose from emotional eating, heal their bodies, and relieve chronic stress by working with their impulses rather than against them.
You (and your willpower) are not the problem. The problem is the way we've been taught to approach change.
We don't need mind-numbing rules. We need to identify what actually contributes to our quality of life and craft specific, customized solutions for our unique circumstances.

As a group, we will:
Establish a judgment-free zone
Explore how each of our stories can help the others
Clarify what has been happening in past "wellness plans" and why change was so hard
Get familiar with triggers and obstacles
Identify your unique definition of healthy and how the things you love most can help make it possible
Learn a targeted, accessible approach to build healthy, enduring changes, including:
👉 A specific set of tools to tinker with stress responses
👉 One fundamental way to boost power and autonomy
👉 Three essential concepts for enduring change
👉 An adaptable method to build new habits
👉 Scientific evidence for how to help them stick
👉 How to continue making progress as circumstances change
The group will be limited to 12 people.
Each meeting will be 60 minutes.
We will meet online on Saturdays for 6 weeks at 12 pm ET/ 9 am PT.
Dates are September 9 - October 14.
I will personally moderate and lead all of the meetings.
You will need a copy of The Habit Trip on hand.
