This group is for you if you want:
How is this different?
For 20 years, I have been helping people ease chronic stress and a wide variety of health challenges while breaking free of body image struggles and weight cycling.
You (and your willpower) are not the problem. The problem is the way we've been taught to approach change.
Most diet and fitness plans require you to hem yourself in—to take control of your time, body and routines—but control doesn't lead to freedom. It makes you feel suffocated, rebellious, and far more likely to turn back to the old, unwelcome habits you're trying to quit.
In this group cohort, you will learn the fundamentals I offer in university and corporate workshops and with my private clients—at a much lower price point than one-on-one coaching.
You will walk away with the skills to build personalized healing reinforcements based on your unique circumstances with the added benefit of group support.

What past participants say
“This group helped me interrupt negative, defeatist thinking.”
“I tackled things I've been avoiding for such a long time!”
“I took so much inspiration from the other participants. I can't believe how relaxed I feel now that I know I don't have to 'discipline' myself to be healthy.”
“Learning how to interrupt my old habits with conscious choices and pairing those choices with joy and pleasure changed everything... That connection has been missing in my life for a long time.”
