Make Lasting Peace With Food And Your Body

Coaching differs from therapy in that it's forward-facing. We're not looking back. We're starting right here—with what matters, what's hard, and what you love—and looking forward to get a taste of what you’re craving and how to get more of it.

Working with me, you are always in the driver's seat. I do not believe in trapping my clients into big packages that cost thousands of dollars. We work five sessions at a time. You can schedule at your convenience and quit or scale back any time you like.

The discovery process might include any or all of these 10 areas of life.​
