Coaching differs from therapy in that it's forward-facing. We're not looking back. We're starting right here—with what matters to you, what's hard, and what you love.

Working with me, you are always in charge. I do not believe in trapping my clients into big packages that cost thousands of dollars. We work five sessions at a time.

 

You can schedule at your convenience and quit or scale back any time—with a full refund for any unused sessions.

The discovery process might include any or all of these 10 areas of life.​
