How coaching works

Coaching is forward-facing. We start where you are and build clarity around where you want to be—with what matters to you, what's hard, what's easy, and what you love.

 

No generic plans. No deprivation.


We work five sessions at a time. You choose a frequency that works for you. Quit or scale back any time with a full refund for unused sessions—just give me 48 hours notice.

This is your agenda. I'm here to help you think through it and take action.

This approach is for you if:

  • You know what you want to do—but can't seem to do it.

  • You don't know what you want to do—but know something has to change.

  • You're devoted to everyone and everything around you—and running out of breath.

  • You want to care for your body instead of fighting it.

It's not for you if you're looking for a one-size-fits-all plan or facing an acute crisis that requires medical or psychological care.
