PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION SUPPORT
The experience doesn't end when the dosing session does.
Psychedelic therapies can trigger profound insights — loosening old patterns, seeing yourself or your loved ones through a new perspective, or casting doubt on stable situations. For many people, real change can feel possible for the first time in years... or terrifying in scope.
That window for change doesn't stay open forever. The weeks that follow a psychedelic journey can feel cathartic, disorienting, or even isolating. Friends and family may not understand what you've been through. Without structured support, the discoveries you made can fade away without bringing clarity and action to your daily life.
That's where integration work can help.

What integration coaching is—and isn't.
Integration coaching is not therapy. It doesn't treat mental illness or trauma. What it can do is help you take what surfaced during your experience and translate it into the way you actually live — your habits, routines, relationships, or your sense of who you're becoming.
My clients often describe a point in our work when healthy behaviors stop feeling effortful and start feeling like second nature, like their autopilot has been recalibrated and there's a new ease with being themselves.
Psychedelic therapies, both ecstatic and painful, can accelerate that process—but only if the experience is met with intention and support on the other side.
That's what I offer.

Who I am
I'm a Mayo Clinic- and National Board-certified health coach with more than two decades of experience with one-on-one behavior change work. I hold an MA in Science Writing and a certificate in Psychedelic Science and Medicine, both from Johns Hopkins. I'm also the author of three books on habit formation and sustainable health.
I came to integration work the way most meaningful professional pivots happen—through observation. Over the years, clients began returning from psychedelic experiences profoundly changed and sometimes adrift. They had powerful insights but didn't always know what came next or how to take meaningful actions from their newfound understanding.
Together, we build the path forward.

I work virtually with clients anywhere and accept referrals from clinicians. I am HIPAA-compliant and maintain strict confidentiality.

For Clinicians
If you are a physician or therapist offering psychedelic therapies and looking for a referral resource for behavioral integration support, I'd welcome a conversation. I understand where my scope begins and ends and am committed to working collaboratively for patient well-being within those boundaries.
